My debut novel is a YA dystopian thriller: The Glimpse  Published by Faber & Faber in June 2012.

LONDON, IN THE NEAR FUTURE: SOCIETY IS DIVIDED ACCORDING TO  A DNA TEST THAT DETERMINES A PERSON'S DISPOSITION TO MENTAL ILLNESS.

When Ana finds out there was a mistake with her Pure test, her whole world crumbles. Now, Joining with Pure-boy Jasper is her only hope of salvation. Until Jasper disappears.

Ana sets off on his trail, determined to solve the mystery of his abduction. In doing so she journeys into the darkest corners of society, and uncovers some devastating truths that destroy everything she’s ever believed.

About me...

I wrote my first paranormal screenplay at the age of thirteen and named it after a road sign. (Apparently, 13-year-old-me  thought that was a great idea!) Convinced it would find its way into the hands of a film director and me and my best friend would be cast in the starring roles, I entrusted it to my school drama teacher. DANGER ALIVE never made it to the big screen, but I continued to write and daydream my way through school and university, graduated with a BA (Hons) in Film Studies and spent the next few years    working in the British Film Industry.

I now live in France with my French husband and two young sons. The Glimpse is my first novel!
